5 day magic marathon

Spent the last five days at the IBM magic convention in Southport. To magicians the initials IBM are nothing do with computers, but instead mean the International Brotherhood of Magicians. There are a lot of magic conventions around the country, this one is noteable as it’s the longest and has the highest percentage of pensioners there. Got to see my all time magic hero David Williamson performing which was my main motivation for going. I missed the last 24 hours of the magic-fest on account of a couple of bookings this weekend. Didn’t really matter as I was happy to go by this point. On another note, yesterday went to use the conveniences in a hotel and found myself standing next to Paul McKenna… Showbiz!
