Busy week - Bristol, Bradford and Manchester!

This week has been pretty crazy in terms of darting round doing magic. Lots of good, fun jobs though. On Tuesday I was in Bristol at a huge dinner for Travel Weekly’s Southwest and Wales Agent Excellence Awards. I was asked by the client for a second magician so called on the help of my friend Dave Willmott, who is another excellent close up magician covering the Bristol area. If you live in Berkshire you can see Dave doing magic on Saturdays and Sundays but I don’t think he would be too happy about me putting the locations on here! On Wednesday I was in Bradford, West Yorkshire at a small Italian restaurant doing my thing for a small party for a gathering for Yorkshire Building Society. All good people there and I managed to steal one of the waitresses watches four separate times without her clocking me which is a personal record. Thursday night in Manchester working for a big party for a bunch of surveyors. Not sure what the party was for.. just a party I think. Note to self: never bother trying to find free parking in Manchester City Centre, it isn’t gonna happen. I am now back in the South West for a couple of magic jobs this weekend. I have a few days off next week though… so I can hopefully get a few hours in with some Pringles and the 24 Series 3 DVD that I borrowed off Dave. After all, the idea of spending a lot of time on the sofa was one of the main reasons I became a full time magician, not to actually do so much work!
